We have been serving quality, home made food in generous portions. The goal was to create a casual, local place to grab a quick lunch or relax with friends for dinner and drinks. We have grown and changed a lot over the years but we still believe that we have stayed true to our mission statement: good, Honest food at reasonable prices without the attitude.
JOB DETAILS:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
2 years to less than 3 years
Prep cook, First Cook, Cook (General), Line Cook.
Mexican
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Recruit and hire staff, Organize and manage buffets and banquets, Manage kitchen operations.
Restaurant, Cafe.
Safe Food Handling certificate.
