Equipment operation
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Order supplies and equipment, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Recruit and hire staff, Manage kitchen operations, Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists, Monitor for quality.
In Addition the company is specifically looking for someone can -
Prepare and cook complete mass batches individual Indian sweets/confectionary in a factory setting
Inspect kitchens, equipments and production and packaging area
collaborating with co-workers, line operators, machine operators and supervisors to operate
Central food commissary
Safe Food Handling certificate
