$18/hr. full time. permanent at Sheik Halal Farms Grand Valley plant. High school Ed required. 3+ yrs experience. Must be able to process meat per Halal requirement.
Duty: Cut, trim, prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry; Grind and slice meats using powered grinders & slicing machines; Prepare special displays of meat, poultry; Shape, lace and tie meats, poultry; Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products per company and customer requirements; Ensure food storage conditions are adequate.
