PSI Sushi & Roll Ltd. dba Sushi & Roll Japanese Restaurant in Surrey seeks F/T Cook.

Position: Cook
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00/Hourly
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Location: 103-10241 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 2W6
The Cook is expected to perform the following duties:
- Prepare and cook individual Japanese dishes such as sushi rolls and sashimi.
- Develop and improve fusion style menu items.
- Determine size of food portions.
- Estimate food requirements and cost.
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of Secondary School
- 3 years or more cook experience
