Job summary:

We are looking for a food service supervisor for our restaurant “Subway Sandwich” located at 17 Worthington Avenue, Brampton ON L7A 2Y7 Canada

Job description:

Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC Code 6311)

Job Duties:

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
  • Fast-paced environment

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Hourly Rate: CAD $18 per Hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week  

Starting Date: As soon as possible  

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent  

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay

Employment conditions: Overtime, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend,Night Shift, Flexible hours

Education: Completion of Secondary school is required. College diploma is preferred.
