BREKA BAKERY & CAFÉ is looking for a Food Service Supervisor in Vancouver, BC (3750 W. 4th Avenue)!
Employer: Breka Bakery & Cafe (Breka Downtown Bakery & Café Inc.)
Position: Food Service Supervisor (Permanent / Full-time)
Number of Opening: 1
Locations: 3750 W. 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 1P3
Hours: At least 35-40 hours per week
Wage: $16.00 per hour
Job duties:
- Maintain courteous attitude toward customers
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train of new employees
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain records of stock for inventory control
Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Completion of Secondary
- At least 6 months of experience in food preparation or service
- Must be available to work during our operational hours
- Must be available at least one day on weekend
