Remuneration and Benefits: Salary offered $25.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.
Position is entitled to receive 4% vacation pay of the gross salary each pay period. Overtime rate of 1.5 times the regular pay is applicable after 40 hours of work per week. Extended medical health benefits after qualifying period of service.
Job Description as an Office Administrator you will perform some or all of the following duties:

  • Precisely manage office administrative procedures, enforce company policies, safety procedures, health and safety guidelines in the office and warehouse
  • Establish work priorities for office, warehouse and work (installation) crews, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Maintain list and other relevant information necessary for smooth operations of company such as staff, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, drivers, locations etc
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Communicate orally or electronically with company’s chartered professional accountant, lawyer, bookkeeper, mechanic as per the requirements
  • Maintain inventory and list of vendors supplying items
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and showings; prepare and maintain a list of ongoing clients
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Use of a variety of office software such as spreadsheet, emails and databases
  • Keep record of sales and services provided by maintaining proper filling system
  • Perform light bookkeeping duties such as preparing and sending invoices to clients and following up for the same
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts
  • Schedule work activities, timesheets, meetings, showings
  • Performing additional duties as required by the management
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees while working closely with the management

Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in office set up, clerical or administration environment. A bachelor’s degree in business administration may reduce the experience requirement to less than 2 years.
Language: Must be fluent in English.
Skills: Problem solving and working with others.
