We deal in recycling, remanufactured, custom, new or combination pallets, Happy pallets will deliver tailored pallets to your specific needs. Position: Book Keeper

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $25.50/ hr for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in same or relevant field.

Book Keeper (NOC 1311) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Manage all account receivables and payables, creation of all purchase orders and invoices.
• Distribute monthly owner statements reconcile accounts.
• Prepare trial balance of the books, post journal entries, and maintain general ledgers and financial statement.
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and other utilities.
• Prepare tax returns and perform other book keeping duties.  
• Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
