ICNT Logistics is an industry-leading international logistics corporation established in 2013. The business mainly focuses on international freight and cargo transportation, customs brokerage, courier service and warehousing. We have more than 200 employees and several subsidiary companies all over Canada, USA and China. As for the market development, the company decide to invest and expand more business in Asia area.
Since more and more logistics and freight activities are taking place between Canada and Asia, especially in China these years, in order to manage and cooperate the business activities, carry on business promotions either in Canada or China, we need an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team to help to improve the marketing propaganda and support the business development works in China as well.
At ICNT Logistics, your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
l Design, establish, initiate and optimize marketing strategies based on company targets, market data and budget factors.
l Capitalize on industry and marketplace trends to strategize solutions and enhance business operations.
l Cooperate with business development department to initiate marketing campaign and promotions to expand business in Asia, manage and administrate related progress.
l Initiate publicity events and promotions, develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for domestic and international marketing, review brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials.
l Organize all aspects of client receptions to provide networking opportunities, facilitating new partnerships.
l Build and maintain the business connection and relationship in Canada, China and other countries in Asia, guarantee company’s marketing behavior to follow local laws and accounting policy.
l Prepare industry / marketing analysis reports and report to senior executives, provide relevant suggestion over marketing activities, compile market and customer data to forecast accurate sales and profit numbers.
l Review and administrate marketing material, including e-flyer, eDM (digital direct mail), site poster and flyer, brochure to promote better company branding.
l Plan, direct and manage the company information in Internet, maintain company’s online presence including social media, public relations, etc.
l Communicate and collaborate with digital marketing and traditional media partners such as: social media, e-business platforms, newspapers, magazine publishers etc., to deliver informative message, promote online campaigns and event, make sure they are well conducted and monitored, maintain good relationship with local media.
l Lead the marketing team to finish related works, administrate and review the performance of team members.
l Bachelor degree in related field
l 3+ years of related working experience
l Excellent ability to communicate in a multi-cultural working environment
l Strong communications skills
l Willingness to travel nationwide and international, especially Asia, such as mainland China
l Related working experience in business events, communication or media
l Proven track record of improve business reputation within industry
l Demonstrated expertise in communicating and building relationships
l Ability to work well under pressure and a fast-paced environment
l Understand Chinese would be an asset
