Office Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Unit 107 19495 55 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 8P7

Salary: $22.50 hourly

Hours: 40 per week

Terms of employment: Full time permanent

Language: English

Education: completion of secondary school

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Duties

• Administrate in planning and preparation of daily activities of the art federally registered food production facility.
• Provide administrative support to the staff team and ensure that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner.
• Scheduling appointments and Coordinating with clients, accounting and other departments for general information whenever required
• Preparation of safety audits and keeping files as required.
• Ensure smooth operation of computers, fax machine, copier, and phone line etc.
• Organize and maintain necessary meetings and e-mail communications.    
• Preparation and distribution of email communications
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
