Job description:

We have an opening for a food service supervisor for our restaurant “Fat Bastard Burrito Inc.” located at 255 King St. N, Waterloo, ON N2J 4V2

Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC Code 6311)

Job Duties:

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
  • Fast-paced environment

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Hourly Rate: CAD $15.75 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week  

Starting Date: As soon as possible  

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent  

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay

Number of Positions: 1

Employment conditions: On call, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend

Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
