New Way Build Corp is looking for an experienced Account Manager--Sales in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to build and maintain relationships with key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for renewing and growing existing accounts, to achieve the sales objectives. We value intelligence and ambition, and are looking for someone who consistently strives to do their best work. You will use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the services and products they need and complete the sale. You must be driven and motivated to close deals with a strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline. You will be working at 92 Green Lane, Thornhill, ON L3T 6K9

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Execute sales strategies, review progress and report on results
2. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all key customers and contractors
3. Develop business opportunities with new and existing customers
4. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
5. Manage day to day account activities including promotional planning, business reviews and requests from customers and contractors.
6. Communicate and collaborate with internal Marketing team to implement and strategize successful initiatives
7. Achieve sales and revenue goals and initiatives that drive results within established account base
8. Recruit, organize, train and manage staff in sales team


Required Education / Qualifications / Skills

● 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction industry
● University degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with a specialization in sales is required
● Excellent communication and organization skills
● Data-driven, able to analyze data effectively and efficiently
● Competitive, creative problem solvers
● Attention to detail
