FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Spice 72 Indian Restaurant & Lounge Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is looking for Food Service Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.
Job Duties are as follows:
-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion & serve food.
-Establish methods to meet work schedules.
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Following are the Job Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school completion is required
-Completion of a community college program in food service administration, restaurant management will be an asset
– Minimum one year of experience in food industry is required.
Salary: $14.75 per hour for 40 hours per week
