Position : Assistant Manger Reatail (NOC 0621)

Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Job Duties:

• Plan budgets, approve expenses and review performance to gauge profitability
• Assess staffing needs, hire and manage staff, and assign duties
• Develop and carry out marketing and merchandising plans
• Study market research and trends to learn about consumer demand and potential sales
• Build relationships with suppliers and buy materials and raw materials to sell after finishing
