Job Duties of Network Technician
- Establish and Maintain LAN, VPN Networking systems across multiple terminals across Eastern Canada and the Processing Office in India
- Undertake repair and troubleshoot all network and computer systems related problems
- Assist management in monitoring user behavior, performing corporate surveillance measures
- Ensure the proper bandwidth and network back up to the phone systems across all terminals and the offshore office
- Provide adequate support and training to the users and assist resolve their issues
- Maintain and oversee Server processes, email systems, tracking systems ensuring the almost zero downtime
- Create and resolve all kinds of service tickets for users
- Perform reports on networking systems and make recommendations to management
- All other relevant tasks related to networking issues required in smooth running of the company operations.
