We are looking for security guards supervisor interested in a graveyard rotation

Job Duties- Some of your responsibilities include
· Supervise, coordinate, assign, review and evaluate the work of the security guards
· Establish work schedules, procedures and patrol priorities
· Resolve work-related problems or issues with the clients
· Train the new staff members in the job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work if needed
· Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary
· Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks
· May perform the same duties as workers supervised
· Access Control
· CCTV Monitoring
· Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
· Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports
· Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the management
Employment Requirements
· Completion of Secondary School is required
· 1-2 years of experience in security operations is required
· Excellent communication skills in English are required
· BC Security License – or willing to obtain one
· You have excellent problem-solving skills
· You can work under pressure
· Physical fitness preferred, plus ability to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions;
