(The candidate will be assigned work at locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley)

Wage Rate: $ 27.50 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of previous relevant experience

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
• Assist cleaners in performing duties
• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
• Establish work schedules
