Eternity Transport Ltd. a well-known transportation company based at 26103 30A Ave Langley, BC - V4W 6X6 is looking for 15 Full-time, permanent Long-Haul Truck Drivers (NOC: 7411/7511) to join their company to operate their trucks all over Canada & USA.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completion of High School is required.
2. No experience required. On job training will be provided.
3. Basic knowledge of English.

Note: Any further Higher Education or previous related experience would be considered an asset.

License: Must have class 1, A or equivalent driving license or eligible to obtain the same. Air brake endorsement (Z) is required

Cargo Types:  General Freight, Logs, Poles, Beams, Lumber, Building Materials, Intermodal containers, Paper products.

Work Locations: Various locations all over Canada and USA depending upon the business contracts and orders.

Compensation & Wages:

1. $27.00/hr for 50 Hours per week + 4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque
2. Overtime @ $40.50/hr after every 60 hours
3. 5 Days of Sick leave per year

Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to operate and drive Flat Deck trucks to transport the required goods or materials to their destination.
2. Perform pre- trip, end-route and post trip inspection of vehicle
3. Loading and unloading of cargo
4. Make sure all safety procedures are being followed for transportation of goods
5. Ensure safety and security of cargo.
6. Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods
7. Perform roadside repairs if required.
8. Able to drive independently or in team of two-person
9. Record cargo information, distance travelled, fuel consumption and other information in log book or on on-board computer
