Job Duties
- Supervise team members and assign duties for stocking, cleaning, labeling, items displaying, decorating store etc.
- Attend customers in person/over the phone and resolve complaints on time (e.g., employee behavior, product lack, returns, exchange etc.)
- Prepare reports regarding daily sales volumes, tracking the sales and merchandising etc.
- Prepare inventory orders by determining the stocks and order merchandise.
- Assist in authorizing payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
- Operate cash register and processes cash, debit card and credit card.
- Supervise and coordinate the staff and cashier’ssale transactions.
- Assist in new staff hiring and training of sales skills.
- Perform other key holding duties as required.
Position Requirements
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Demonstrated retail sales experience.
- Supervisory experience would be an asset but not mandatory.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve common goals.
