Job Description:
OTT Pay Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to oversee our sales strategies, lead our sales team, and drive expansion in the payment solutions sector. The successful candidate will focus on merchant acquisition, sales execution, and ongoing client relationship management to strengthen OTT Pay’s market presence.
Main Duties
- Plan, direct, and evaluate sales activities of the organization.
- Manage and lead a six-person sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
- Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to meet objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on merchant acquisition and activation of payment devices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote business development.
- Develop reports and forecasts for senior management on sales performance, budgets, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a closely related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, including at least one (1) year in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing team performance and operational targets.
- Demonstrated experience working within the financial technology (FinTech) or payment solutions industry, with direct involvement in implementing or managing digital payment products, is considered a strong asset.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills, supported by a track record of meeting or exceeding business growth objectives.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver results in a highly competitive market environment.
- Language of Work: English — advanced oral and written proficiency required for business communication and reporting.
