Job Description
Ginger Beef House, located at 1891 Island Hwy, Campbell River, British Columbia, V9W 2E9, is seeking a full-time permanent Ethnic Food Cook specializing in Chinese cuisine and beef dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, requisitioning kitchen supplies, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and work areas in compliance with health regulations, and managing daily kitchen operations.
Languages- English
Education - No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience & specialization - 1 year to less than 2 years with cuisine specialties in Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine
