Salary: $24.00 per hour and $36.00 per hour overtime rate, after 40 hours per week

Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction or related field.
Job Duties:
Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
Assist in operating cranes and other construction equipment.
Clean and lubricate machinery as needed.
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Level earth to fine grade specifications.
Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris.
Pile salvaged materials and remove rubble from construction sites.
Tend or feed machines used in construction.
Direct traffic at or near construction sites when necessary.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Physically demanding work (lifting up to 45 kg / 100 lbs).
Exposure to heights, dust, and outdoor weather conditions.
