Job description:
For our busy retail convenience store, we are looking for an efficient and professional supervisor who can supervise all the operations and activities including inventory, billing, accounts, correspondence with vendors, suppliers, creditors, financial institutions, accountant, and thousands of loyal and satisfied clients on daily basis.
Position : Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010 - TEER 2)

Salary : $28.00 to 38.00 per hour
Duration : Full Time – Permanent
Work Hours : 33 to 44 hours per week

Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
- Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Maintain specific inventory and order merchandise as well as Gas for the station.
- Prepare reports regards sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
