Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Ensure food and service meet the quality standards
Train new staff about job duties , sanitation and safety procedures
Establish work schedules and procedures
Keep track of stock, sales and food wastage
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Resolve the customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Evaluate the performance and staff
Assist the staff in the development of restaurant policies and procedures

Pay rate:
$36.85per hour
Education and Work experience:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1-2 years of related work experience is an asset
