• Operate flatbed trucks to transport goods.
• Secure loads using chains, straps, and tarps in accordance with company and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment readiness.
• Load and unload materials safely using appropriate tools and securement methods.
• Ensure proper weight distribution and verify load stability before departure.
• Follow all local traffic laws and company safety policies during daily operations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, trip sheets, and equipment inspection records.
• Communicate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules.
• Monitor load conditions throughout the route and adjust securement when necessary.
• Report any mechanical issues, safety hazards, or delays to the dispatch team immediately.
Valid AZ (Class 1 / Class A) Driver’s License
Air Brakes Endorsement
Minimum 1–2 years of flatbed or commercial driving experience
Valid passport and ability to travel cross-border
Clean driving abstract and valid driver’s licence
Ability to pass criminal record check, drug test, and medical exam
Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles
Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads
Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with good communication abilities
Canadian citizens and permanent residents
Temporary residents of Canada
