Hon’s Wun-Tun House (2011) Ltd. located at 13600 Maycrest Way,  Richmond, is seeking a full-time, permanent Supervisor, Food and Beverage Processing. The successful candidate will work on-site in a fast-paced, noisy production environment at a wage of $27.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. 

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily food production operations, minimizing hazards at all stages of the production process, and ensuring compliance with Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Duties include training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies; preparing production and quality reports; recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality; supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of food and beverage processing machine operators; establishing methods to meet work schedules; and requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies. The position involves supervising process control and machine operators, with responsibility for teams of 50 to 100 employees.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate, 1 to less than 2 years of related experience, and an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Experience in quality assurance or quality control, knowledge of CFIA regulations and GMP, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail are required. The role requires excellent oral communication, sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.
