Position: Transport Truck Driver
Wages: $36.20/hr

Experience Required: 2 years to less than 3 years
Education: Secondary (High) School Certificate

- AZ class license
- Air Brakes Endorsement

Duties to be performed daily
- Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Professionalism in customer service
- Load and unload goods
- Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform brake adjustments
- Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
