City Line Investments Ltd. is a well-established construction company based in Surrey, British Columbia, specializing in small- to large-scale construction projects across the Lower Mainland. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service, we are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Carpenter (NOC: 72310) to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Title:                                Carpenter (NOC:72310)

Terms of Employment:         Full-time, Permanent

Vacancy:                                 1 (One)
Wages:                                    $31.50 per hour for 35 - 40 hours per week +4% vacation pay  
                                                 on each scheduled paycheck
Minimum Requirements:

Education:                             Completion of Secondary School
Language:                              English

Experience:                            2-3 years of experience
Work Location:                     6242 147B St Surrey, BCV3S 3T1 andVarious locations throughout the Lower Mainland

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood and wood substitute materials
• Fit and install trim items, such as stairs, cabinets, doors, windows, and hardware
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes
• Estimate material costs and timelines for projects
• Supervise and coordinate activities of carpenter helpers and laborers
• Follow all company and worksite safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment
