Job Duties:
- Manage and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Identify current and future staffing needs in coordination with management.
- Provide employee support services, including assistance and counselling when required.
- Prepare and post job advertisements and internal notices.
- Collect, review, and screen job applications.
- Advise applicants on job requirements, employment terms, and working conditions.
- Maintain and review candidate databases and inventories.
- Contact shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in selection panels to evaluate candidates.
- Inform applicants of selection results and prepare employment offers.
- Guide managers and staff on company staffing policies and procedures.
- Assess employee eligibility for benefits and training programs, and arrange staff training as needed.
- Supervise personnel clerks responsible for filing, typing, and maintaining employee records.
- Oversee recruitment processes and hire qualified staff.
