Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lead qualification representatives responding to residential and commercial sales inquiries for window and door products.
Assign incoming sales leads and customer inquiries to team members according to workload and established procedures to ensure timely follow-up.
Establish work schedules and priorities to ensure efficient handling of sales inquiries and customer communications.
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company sales procedures, service standards, and lead management protocols.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members on product knowledge, sales inquiry handling, customer engagement, and the use of Salesforce CRM.
Resolve customer service issues and ensure prompt escalation of complex sales inquiries to appropriate sales representatives or management.
Maintain records of team activities, customer inquiries, and lead management data using CRM and internal systems.
Prepare reports on sales inquiries, lead handling activities, and workflow performance to support operational planning and management oversight.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Coordinate communication between the sales support team and sales representatives to facilitate effective follow-up with prospective customers.
Recommend improvements to workflow processes, lead management practices, and customer engagement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
