Job description:

NOC 13112 - Medical administrative assistants

• Confirm medical appointments and receive and communicate messages for patients and medical staff
• Prepare and enter electronic medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review
• Obtain information from patients to complete forms, documents, and case histories
• Complete all insurance and other claim forms
• Establish and maintain confidential medical records and files
• Billing and financial statements preparation
• Implement and maintain various administrative support procedures for the office, such as the tracking and filing of documents and monthly reporting

    • Previous experience would be an asset -
    •  Languages – English
    • Education - Bachelor's degree
    • Previous experience would be an asset - 1 year to less than 2 years
    • Work Location - On-site. There is no option to work remotely.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
• Wages: $28/Hr
