We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our blueberry farm team.
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $17.85 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Hand-harvest ripe blueberries carefully to maintain quality and prevent damage
- Pick berries and place them into containers or pails
- Sort and grade blueberries based on size, color, and quality
- Weigh, label, and package blueberries for storage or shipment
- Prune blueberry bushes to support healthy growth and improve yield
- Assist with irrigation by setting up and monitoring watering systems
- Remove damaged or spoiled fruit and keep work areas clean
- Load and unload harvest bins, trays, and crates
- Stack and organize filled containers at designated collection points
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and packing areas
- Follow all farm safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Job Requirements:
- No formal education
- No experience required (training will be provided)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle physically demanding work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
