We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Train kitchen staff when required
- Manage kitchen operations during shifts
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook
- Secondary school (high school) diploma required
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine (preferred, if applicable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team leadership skills
