Job Duties:
- Set organizational goals and develop or approve strategies, policies, and programs to achieve them
- Allocate financial, human, and material resources to support business operations and initiatives
- Oversee and coordinate activities across departments, divisions, or regional units
- Establish and structure key departments, including senior leadership roles
- Recruit, appoint, and delegate authority to senior managers, directors, and other executives while fostering effective working environments
- Support the hiring, evaluation, and professional growth of staff across the organization
- Review and interpret market research to guide strategic planning and business decisions
- Prepare reports and documentation for executive committees and boards of directors
- Act as the organization’s representative, or assign delegates, in negotiations and official engagements
