Restaurant: Swiss Chalet/Harvey's
Position: Assistant Manager Restaurant (No of positions: 1 (one))
Salary: CAD 36.00/ hr
No of hrs : 35 to 40 hours per week
Position Type: Permanent employment/Full time/Evening, Morning, Day
Starts as soon as possible
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Languages : English
Education : College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities -Tasks
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Leading/instructing individuals
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
