Restaurant Manager

Job description

MBP Foods Ltd., located in Prince George, British Columbia, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join its team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Provide customer service

Job Requirements:

Language : English 

Employment - Type: Full Time, Permanent, 35 hours per week

Wage: $29.00 to $38.00 per hour (negotiable based on skills and experience)

Skills requirements and Experience:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
