Location: Poncho’s Pub & Grill, Saskatchewan
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: $34.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards that make us a community favorite.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and control food and beverage costs.
Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Monitor and address customer feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize menu offerings and maintain consistency.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management or a related role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Post-secondary education in hospitality or restaurant management is an asset.
