Welder/Fabricator needed in Winkler, MB
Mighty Environmental Containers Inc. is looking for skilled, reliable, and motivated Welders/Fabricators to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components
- Operate welding, cutting, and other fabrication equipment safely
- Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous welding and/or fabrication experience required
- Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings and blueprints
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
- Experience with metal fabrication is an asset
- Welding tickets/certifications are an asset
