To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Nail and Spa Service Manager.

We offer: C$38.45/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Work location: P-20 (Unit 20) 999 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2W2

Employment requirements:

Completion of secondary school.
1-2 years working experience in Nails Salon.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities and service operations of the nail and spa business.
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise nail technicians.
Develop and maintain workplace guidelines, procedures and customer service standards.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies and manage operating costs and expenses.
Handle customer questions, concerns and complaints and ensure appropriate solutions.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and support the business’s marketing and advertising activities.
