Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our hot kitchen team. The successful candidate will prepare and cook hot dishes in accordance with standardized recipes and brand specifications, while maintaining consistent quality, food safety, and timely service. This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to standardized recipes and brand specifications.
• Ensure that all dishes meet established quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
• Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages, spoilage, or supply needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and kitchen area.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure orders are completed on time during service hours.
