Overview

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house service operations. The successful candidate will supervise food and beverage service staff, coordinate work schedules, maintain service quality, and respond to customer concerns. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of food and beverage service staff.
• Assign duties and ensure employees follow established service procedures and workplace standards.
• Ensure that food quality and customer service meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Train front-of-house staff in service procedures, food safety requirements, sanitation practices, and workplace safety protocols.
• Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor daily operations and maintain accurate records of sales, food wastage, inventory, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service during busy operating hours.
