Job Description: Software Tester

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive software testing plans, test suites, and regression criteria.
- Install software and hardware and configure operating system environments in preparation for testing.
- Execute test cases and automated scripts to evaluate software stability and functional compliance.
- Document and evaluate test results, track performance benchmarks, and produce QA summaries.
- Identify, report, track, and verify resolution of defects and technical anomalies.
Employment Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in manual or automated software testing.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
