Salary: 21.35 hourly / 30.00 to 35.00 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Retail business, On-site customer service, Gas bar
Tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff and gas station attendants.
- Assign duties to employees and prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Train new employees on store procedures, customer service, cash handling, and point-of-sale operations.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory of convenience-store products and supplies.
- Authorize merchandise returns and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and supply shortages.
- Monitor cash handling, checkout transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, inventory, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced.
- Coordinate daily retail operations and ensure employees follow applicable workplace and safety procedures.
- Report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and staffing concerns to the store manager or owner.
