Food Service Supervisor - Subway Restaurant

Location-   847- 17th avenue SW Calgary, AB, T2S 0B7

Salary-        $18.60 / hour

Vacancies-   2 vacancies

Terms of employment- Permanent employment, Full time 35 hours / week

Start date-   As soon as possible

Job requirements

Languages- English

Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience- 1 year to less than 2 years

Supervision- 1 to 2 people

Tasks-

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish work schedules
