Job Duties:
Schedule in-house and external events٫ maintain corporate calendar and book meeting rooms
Review and update office policies as needed
Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis
Manage correspondence (including letters٫ emails and packages) ٫ arrange travels and accommodations
Create reports and presentations with statistical data٫ as assigned
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Systematically filing important company documents.
Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews
Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.

Experience and Education:
Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years with College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay:
$28.00 CAD Per Hour
Minimum 35 hours per week
(Overtime Rate) $42.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
