Ajuker Grill & BBQ Chicken Ltd. dba Ajuker Grill & BBQ Chicken is looking for a full time permanent Food Service Supervisor to join the team as soon as possible.

Job Details

Location: 4327 North Rd. Burnaby, BC V3N 4N3

Salary: $18.50 to $20.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Work settings: Restaurant

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion

• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand

• Ensure food services meeting quality standards

• Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

• Prepare and submit cost reports

• Supervise and check delivery of food orders

• Schedule work shifts for employees
