Job Description:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate
- the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Job Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- Minimum 1 year of clerical or office administrative assistant work experience OR completion
- of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Functional English is required
