Job description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and design the implementation of effective strategic data-driven activities by well understanding customer’s need
- Provide support in the implementation and upgrade of information systems projects
- Collect, manage and document user requirements
- Analyze problems and errors produced by business applications
- Implement, monitor and manage the daily operation of Data Management Platforms
- Apply data mining and modeling techniques to analyze around customer segmentation and customer behavior for retention, engagement and growth
- Perform day-to-day operational support on database incidents and problems
- Operate database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining analysis
- Provide technical/ functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Work with teams to provide input into test strategy, test scenarios, test data requirements and support user validation
- Provide training and support cross functional teams
- Conduct research and provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding the selection, application, and implementation of database management tools
- Monitor the database utilization, provide precaution or reactive responses to database events, perform capacity planning to ensure the database capacity can cope with business demand
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of Database Analysing related work experience
- A bachelor’s degree
Skill Requirement:
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently to meet stated objectives
- Proficiency with Data Management Platforms operation is a requirement
Compensation:
$42 - 48/Hour (to be negotiated)
30-40 work hours per week
