Title: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall business performance.
- Define and execute growth strategy for the company by driving topline and bottom-line growth.
- Define, execute and perform to improvise policies and procedures in the company.
- Drive initiatives to win new clients and new projects to facilitate business growth.
- Ensure high positive customer engagement or satisfaction.
- Ensure that all organizational norms and compliances as well as the local laws of land are strictly adhered; and drive process improvement and organizational improvements in respective goals.
- Provide consulting service to the customer on End - User Technologies trends and defining a future roadmap.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for the customer.
- Determine and implement operational and cost improvements/efficiencies.
- Define and manage the departmental budget for all expenditures and headcount.
- Evaluate and upgrade/develop the existing talent, and attract fresh blood to create talent depth, foster a culture which is customer-centric, performance driven and entrepreneurial.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Compensation, Hours and Other Details:
Salary and Hours: $65.00 (per hour) with 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate and Holiday Pay: $97.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week || 4% of the gross pay
Employment Requirement: Bachelor's degree with experience of 5 years or more in similar role
