Our company is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist.  The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following job duties:

1. Act as spokesperson for an organization
2. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
3. Answer written and oral inquiries
4. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
5. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
6. Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
7. Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
8. Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
9. Gather, research and prepare communications material, Initiate and maintain contact with the media
10. Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
11. Prepare sports, literary, performance or other contracts

Location: 1050 Brock Road, Unit 5, Pickering, ON L1W 3X4

Sarary: $36 to $40 / Hour (to be negotiated)

Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Terms of employment:  Permanent employment, Full time 35 to 40 hours / week

Start date:  As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Language: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Proficient experience in digital marketing and advertising, and strong knowledge of social media
